Delivery & Shipment
Receive your order delivered on the same day or the following day, depending on your location in Cairo and Giza. In different areas, your order will arrive within 2-7 business day
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
• We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for most beauty and cosmetics products.
• Returns are only accepted for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• For defective or damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and hygiene regulations, the following items are non-returnable:
• Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, and personal care products
• Gift cards or vouchers
3. Process for Returns
To initiate a return:

1. Provide your order details about the product to request a return authorization.
2. After approval, you will receive instructions for returning the product.
3. Please return the item in its original condition (unused and unopened) with the coordination with our Customer service team
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
• If your return is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or defective.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or an error occurred on our part.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you wish to receive with the coordination with our Customer service team .
